Ordering Policy:
Legend Labels only sells via web in the US and Canada.
All orders received by 12:00 p.m. PST will be shipped within 24 hours.
Minimum order quantity is 1 master case. Orders less than minimum quantity will be an additional 20% .
Less than case quantity subject to 20% per roll broken case charge.
We require a complete tax certificate on file by every reseller.

Terms:
Credit card purchase only (VISA, MASTER CARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS). 

Shipping options:
We currently offer: UPS Ground UPS Second Day UPS Next Day, FED EX ground (RPS), Standard FED EX.

Privacy Information:
All information provided to Legend Labels will be used solely for internal order processing and fulfillment.
No information will be distributed in any form to any other person or organization.

Return Policy:
In an effort to provide you, our valued customer, with the best possible service in handling your return,
we request your assistance in providing us the necessary information to begin this process.
If the products you have purchased from Legend Labels are defective,
complete the return authorization form and email to the address provided.
Upon receipt and inspection of the product, Legend Labels will credit your credit card if the product is defective.
If you are returning product for any other reason than defective product,
complete the same return authorization form and send the product back for a credit less 25% restocking charge.
Legend Labels will not pay for the freight for this type of return.
